When will I receive my tickets?

Our response :

In general tickets are sent approximately 28 days prior to departure.  They are sent by email to the email address your provided in your reservation.   If we do not have the correct email address, you should contact our office.

Please check your junk folder for your documents, some email programs don't handle PDF attachments very well.
